Shift In-Charge

Ensure all technical services remain operational during shift duty by managing electromechanical and utilities assets, overseeing the engineering team, and coordinating with clients and occupants. Execute planned preventive maintenance (PPM), conduct regular site inspections for risks and defects, and review subordinate staff work. Manage defect liability periods, AMC/CAMC documentation, vendor quotations, and invoices while monitoring SLAs and KPIs. Lead hiring, training, and development of maintenance staff; formulate budgeting controls and energy conservation plans. Maintain equipment history cards, attend major complaints, and lead evacuation drills. Create corrective and emergency response action plans, ensure safe working practices, and report to the Property Manager.
