Shift Engineering Technician

Job Summary
Shift Engineer to operate and maintain machinery during the assigned shift; perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues; collaborate with operators, engineers, and production teams to optimize line efficiency and minimize downtime; maintain detailed maintenance records and equipment performance in MMS; requires 3+ years of multiskilled engineering and maintenance experience, strong technical knowledge, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a shift engineer or similar role
- Minimum of 3 years practical multiskilled (electrical and mechanical) engineering and maintenance experience
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment
