Job Summary
Lead operations on a 5-shift schedule at the Thornton facility, directing the Engineering team to maintain smooth site performance. Responsibilities include ensuring safety compliance and a strong safety culture, driving production-process improvements, and fostering continuous improvement. You will manage the team outside core operating hours, follow company policies, plan and coordinate work, prioritise tasks, allocate resources, identify issues and implement root-cause solutions to keep operations running smoothly. Relevant qualifications in mechanical or electrical disciplines and safety qualifications are highly beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- ONC/HNC Mechanical or Electrical qualification or equivalent experience
