Address minor repairs in guest rooms and public areas, manage lighting checks, and ensure pool chemical levels and plant room operations meet legislative and safety requirements. Respond to department requests via pager and liaise with staff to prioritize tasks based on guest satisfaction. Manage day-to-day staffing, assign work, and mentor employees while adhering to InterContinental Hotels & Resorts brand standards and safety policies.
