Shift Engineer

Support all technical facility operations in shifts across three buildings for The Client at Powai, Mumbai. Perform planned preventive and breakdown maintenance on MEP, HVAC, BMS, fire/life safety, DG, lifts, and water systems. Coordinate and oversee AMC and service vendors, monitor performance, and ensure statutory compliance. Maintain accurate equipment logs, complete daily/weekly reports, and close Helpdesk requests promptly. Enforce health, safety, and crisis management procedures, conduct site rounds to flag risks, and support minor project work, installations, and asset upgrades. Train junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment while upholding JLL standards. Requires a Diploma or BE/BTech with 5+ or 3+ years experience, proficiency in FM tools, and willingness to work 48 weekly hours on-site in Mumbai.
