Job Summary
Monitor and maintain production machinery to ensure smooth, continuous operations while managing assigned teams and overseeing product quality and safety standards. Coordinate with other departments to optimize processes, resolve issues, and improve workflow efficiency. Develop and manage production schedules within assigned areas to align with targets and deadlines, strictly adhering to safety and quality protocols. Maintain accurate records of machinery performance and operational data as directed. Support team training and development to enhance technical skills and safety awareness, while fostering activities related to production, equipment, quality, and safety.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering aptitude (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or related technology)
- 0-5 years of work experience
- Interest in production processes and the manufacturing industry
- Good communication skills
- Motivational attitude
- Ability to work in shifts
- Good team management skills
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing technical skills in the production field
- Ability to work well as a team member and as a team leader
- Awareness and responsibility regarding safety and quality
