Shift Engineer - Ex-Cal

Initiate and lead safety, quality, productivity improvement activities while monitoring machine conditions and ensuring process settings conform to required standards. Investigate causes of defective work, analyze scrap generation, and formulate countermeasures to prevent recurrence and reduce waste. Troubleshoot process problems, provide corrective actions, and conduct statistical process control to assure product quality. Conduct training for subordinates, prepare reports, and analyze evaluations related to safety and productivity. Monitor that no defective products or materials are delivered to the next process and report urgent information to superiors during your shift. Operate machines as needed for rensou or manpower shortages.
