Job Summary
Monitor guest service standards and lead food and beverage training while ensuring safety, health, and sanitation compliance. Order and maintain product inventory par levels, control wage and supply costs within budget, and manage cash control procedures daily. Assist the outlet manager with interviewing applicants, forecasting business, scheduling staff, and preparing weekly payroll. Ensure work and service areas remain clean and organized by reporting maintenance needs through the work order system. Cross train and support other F&B outlets as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 years of related experience
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
- 18 years of age or older
- Post-Employment - Serv Safe & RAMP
- Completion of high school or GED
- Must be able to communicate well with both guests and employees
- Must be able to work independently and make decisions independently
- Must present professional image appropriate to the Hershey Lodge standards
- Must be able to speak and read the English language

Desired Qualifications
- Night Audit or hotel accounting experience preferred but not necessary
- Familiarity with computerized front office systems, policies and procedures preferred
