Job Summary
Maintain inventory through daily and weekly inspections, manage cash control by counting funds at shifts and closing, and review invoices to determine shortages. Conduct table visits and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast service while fixing bottlenecks and monitoring speed of sale. Coach staff on station procedures, participate in team huddles, and ensure brand standards are met across all operations. Be a role model by implementing the shift plan, motivating the team, and reviewing results to identify improvements. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; must lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force frequently to move objects
- Ability to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 50 pounds
- Consistently handles product preparation
- Ability to kneel to utilize proper lifting procedures and to open safe
- Consistently lifts for product preparation, stocking and inventory
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of college preferred
