Job Summary
The Shift Coordinator is responsible for assisting the management team in all aspects of shift management within a fast-paced, high-volume full-service restaurant. The role involves performing all duties as outlined in the Shift Coordinator certification program, setting an example for team members, delegating tasks, and motivating staff to exceed guest expectations. Key responsibilities also include reporting safety violations, following cash handling procedures, and assisting with hiring processes. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of two years of related experience and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid Driver’s License
- 18+ years of age
- Possession of or the ability to possess all state-required work cards
- Minimum of one (2) years related experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in the English language, both verbally and in writing with staff, clients, and the public
