Job Summary
Coordinate daily shop operations to ensure smooth guest experiences by guiding Scoopers through task assignments, breaks, and support. Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve guest concerns, and coach team members with real-time feedback. Support shop workflows by scooping, waffling, hosting, operating registers, and maintaining product quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards. Manage inventory counts, supply management, cash handling, and third-party delivery orders while partnering with leadership to uphold operational standards. Foster an inclusive environment where Team Members feel supported and valued.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Can work at least 3 shifts per week, including 2 closing shifts
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Bring 6+ months of food service, restaurant, retail, coffee, or hospitality experience
- Have strong communication skills
- Are comfortable discussing flavors, offering samples, and creating memorable guest experiences
