Shift/Charge Nurse - LVN/LPN

Assist residents with mobility needs, bathing, grooming, and daily living activities while scheduling caregivers and supervising the medication program. Act as a liaison to maintain positive relations with residents, families, and physicians, solving problems and demonstrating ethical behavior in partnership with community leaders and your team.
