Shift/Charge Nurse - LVN/LPN

Assist residents with mobility needs, daily living activities, housekeeping, bathing, grooming, and routine personal tasks. Supervise the medication program and assist in caregiver scheduling. Act as a liaison to maintain positive relations with residents, families, and physicians while solving problems and exhibiting ethical behavior in partnership with community leaders and your team. Receive on-the-job training with opportunities for career growth and advancement. Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing required.
