Job Summary
Deliver superior customer service by guiding clients through wash packages, answering inquiries, and maintaining equipment while serving customers throughout their experience. Operate in a fast-paced environment by frequently moving, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in all weather conditions with continual standing and walking. Communicate effectively with customers and employees over the phone and in person while adhering to company policies and guidelines. Requires a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and background check. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Six months to one-year related experience
- Related training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Acceptable driving record
- Valid driver's license in the state in which they are employed with the Western Management Companies
- Compliance with all aspects of Western Management's Drug Free Workplace Policy
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency
- Ability to effectively communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange information
- Ability to frequently move and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work and commute in all weather conditions
- Ability to use hands/fingers to operate an access machine or telephone
- Ability to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers
- Ability to regularly bend and crouches to repair car wash equipment
- Ability to continually stand, move, and walk for consecutive hours during shift
- Ability to regularly speak and listen on the phone and in person, to a customer and fellow employees
- Background check completion
