SHEQ Advisor

SHEQ Advisor responsible for promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring projects meet high standards across sites in the North West region. You’ll work with site teams and subcontractors to carry out safety, environmental, and quality activities, including regular site inspections, risk assessments, investigations into accidents/near-misses, toolbox talks, and SHEQ training. You’ll support the Quality Management System, maintain documentation and records, and provide reports to the SHEQ Manager. Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001, SSIP requirements, Construction Phase Plans, and UK H&S laws is required, with NEBOSH certification and IOSH membership/environmental qualifications preferred. A hands-on, practical approach and ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and partners are essential.
