Job Summary
Conduct daily living support for NDIS participants, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks. Facilitate community access and social activities while completing daily shift notes and incident reports detailing client progress and behavioral changes. Collaborate with healthcare professionals at care team meetings to ensure comprehensive care, maintaining strong boundaries and engaging in capacity building activities. Shifts cover all hours including sleepovers in a SIL house. Requires a Certificate III or above, unrestricted driver's license, and reliable vehicle access.
Required Qualifications
- A Certificate III or above in Disability Support, Individual Support or other related fields
- Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence
- access to a reliable car
- Previous demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
- A valid Australian driver's licence
- access to a vehicle
