[Shenzhen, China] Battery Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE)

Conduct supplier assessments and regular audits to ensure compliance with quality and process standards while establishing and maintaining quality control systems. Collaborate with suppliers during New Product Introduction phases to ensure manufacturing readiness, leading specific projects related to supplier quality and process improvement. Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the supply chain, contributing to initiatives that enhance manufacturing processes and factory efficiency at supplier sites. Perform 2D drawing reviews, gauge design, and reliability test qualification to ensure parts conform to FAI and CPK specifications. Manage yield bridge analysis and process control monitoring systems to maintain build readiness and operational excellence.
