Job Summary
Oversee and assign job tasks to Residential Aide staff while assisting with daily activities and intervening in crisis management. Direct client connections to healthcare, mental health, and housing services by collaborating with case managers. Maintain accurate client files in compliance with state and federal requirements and contribute to quarterly quality assurance reports. Attend staff meetings, case conferences, and required training per program guidelines. This role operates Sunday-Thursday from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST at Phoenix House of New York in Jamaica, NY. Bilingual Spanish speakers are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Minimum two years' experience working in social service
