Job Summary
Conduct client intake procedures, including running background checks, and maintain accurate records and logs. Monitor resident activity to ensure safety, security, and compliance with house rules while distributing hygiene items and assigning chores. Prepare food, manage inventory, and assist with kitchen cleaning. Perform routine facility inspections, check baggage for contraband, and respond to emergencies in accordance with established policies. Report pertinent information to the supervisor and train employees and volunteers on proper methods.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Valid State Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- One year experience performing security or social service work
- Food Handlers Certification
- CPR and First Aid Certification
