Job Summary
As a Shelter Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Friendship Center, manage a dynamic team, work closely with volunteers, and ensure high-quality support services for individuals experiencing homelessness and food insecurity.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT driver’s license & clean driving record
- Ability to lift up-to 30 lbs.
- Willingness to work onsite during all scheduled shifts, including inclement weather
- Bring 2+ years of experience working with vulnerable populations
- Have supervisory experience
