Shelter Intake Lead

Lead the Shelter Intake team at HSSA, supervising intake operations, scheduling, onboarding, and coaching; oversee animal intake, client services, lobby flow, and triage; coordinate with veterinary and other departments to maintain shelter flow and capacity; ensure compliance, data integrity, and compassionate client interactions; manage staff development, performance coaching, and daily huddles; support process improvements and SOP development; lead or assist with euthanasia procedures when assigned, and provide emotional support to clients during difficult events; may drive company vehicles for transfers or related duties; work in a shelter environment with exposure to animals and related conditions.
