Job Summary
Based in Odesa, join a team of engineers and architects overseeing UNHCR’s emergency shelter and housing activities across Khersonska, Mykholaivska, and Odeska oblasts, including emergency shelter repairs, war-damage repairs, and winterization; monitor response trends, provide technical assistance to households, support field verification missions, ensure replenishment planning, and prepare analytical reports; collaborate with implementing partners, authorities, and multiple stakeholders to implement activities under direct and partner-driven arrangements; require strong knowledge of construction practices, Ukrainian construction legislation, and proficiency with MS Office; English and Ukrainian languages are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering, Architecture or Construction Engineering (or other related field) is required.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor or equivalent or higher
