Job Summary
Shelter Associate at UNHCR Kyiv Office responsibilities include Operational Support for the Emergency Shelter Response Programme (including ESKs, ESMs, RTKs) and related data management; assist in collecting and maintaining trackers, requests, deliveries, and reports; prepare consolidated shipment requests; monitor progress and coordinate with CO Focal Points, Field Offices, logistics, suppliers, and partners; support post-distribution monitoring, field visits, and follow-up missions; assist in consolidating information for reporting and ensure documentation compliance; provide procurement and administrative support for shelter materials; require a Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering, Architecture or Construction Engineering (or related field) and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience; strong MS Office skills (especially Excel); and proficiency in English and Ukrainian.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering, Architecture or Construction Engineering (or other related field)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor or equivalent or higher
- Knowledge of English and Ukrainian languages is required
