Job Summary
Shell Plan Modeller responsible for preparation and coordination of accurate, buildable shell drawings; managing and validating design inputs (Architectural, Structural & M&E); coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams; supporting formwork design with high-quality base drawings. Requires 2–5 years of construction design/drafting experience, strong AutoCAD skills (Revit a plus), good understanding of construction methodologies and formwork systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Fluency in Vietnamese and English is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in construction design / drafting (2–5 years preferred)
- Strong AutoCAD skills (Revit is a plus)
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (essential)
