Job Summary
Manage store image, appearance, and merchandising while ensuring quality customer service at a GOCO Shell convenience store. Oversee employee development, staffing levels, shortage management, and loss control to maintain high-performance operations. Conduct business professionally as a role model for the team, handling tasks that require effective time management and problem-solving skills. Must possess a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and proven reliability. Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays required. Retail management experience preferred with opportunities for advancement available.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Proven organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally up to 50lbs.)
- Proven reliability and high personal integrity
- Retail management experience
