Job Summary
Load and unload trailers and move pallets of product between locations at the loading dock. Clean work areas and equipment regularly while recording trailer details such as date, number, and order number. Perform any additional tasks assigned by management in a cold, wet environment requiring protection and occasional lifting over 45 lbs. This internal transfer role is for current Shelbyville facility team members only, scheduled for the 1st shift.
Required Qualifications
- Class 4 Management Level
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to lift over 45lbs
- Must be able to work in Cold (35° to 40°) & wet environment
- Must be able to work long periods of standing
- Must be able to utilize hand and wrist motions
- Must be able to wear appropriate foot, eye, and ear protection
- Must be able to load/unload trailers
- Must be able to remove pallets of product from one place to the next in a timely manner
- Must be able to clean work area and equipment regularly
- Must be able to record important information associated with the trailer such as date, trailer number, order number etc
- Must be able to perform any other tasks assigned by management
- Must not have won a job bid/Internal movement within the last 3 months
- Must have no more than 7 attendance points at the time of bid
- Must have no written warnings in the last 6 months
- Must have no suspensions in the last 6 months
- Must be available for 1ST SHIFT (United States of America)
