Sheffield Client Solutions Specialist I

Collect delinquent accounts and negotiate payment arrangements to cure delinquency while adhering to collection policies; provide Clients with cure plans and professional, transparent communication; manage client communications and document all collection efforts in the system; follow established call scripts and achieve acceptable call monitoring scores; coordinate with Client Default Leaders on relevant issues such as repossessions and inquiries; maintain accuracy and integrity of account information and comply with training, policies, and guidelines.
