Sheeter Operator

Operate and monitor the sheeter and conveyor system, fill feeders and perform quality checks on crackers according to specific formulas in a timely manner, observing safety regulations and GMP standards. Obtain supplies from staging areas, open bags of ingredients, monitor dough levels and line speed, communicate with mixers/oven operators, perform quality checks every 1/2 hour, assist with changeovers, end-of-run activities and set-ups as needed, and support oven operation when required. This is a full-time permanent role on 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM, Monday–Friday) with shift differential.
