Job Summary
Sheet Metal Worker in Cheltenham (Full-time, permanent) responsible for fabricating and repairing sheet metal components using aluminium, stainless steel and titanium. Read and interpret engineering drawings, operate hand tools, power tools and fabrication machinery, and ensure high-quality, precision work. Opportunity to contribute to production targets and continuous improvement within a modern workshop in a precision/ aerospace-focused environment. Benefits include a competitive salary (up to £41,000 DOE), day shift with early finish on Fridays, ongoing training and development, and a collaborative team atmosphere. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Worker
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience with fabrication tools and machinery (hand tools, power tools, fabrication machinery)
