Job Summary
Polish, deburr, size and finish aerospace metals (aluminum, stainless steel, cobalt, nickel alloys) to exact specifications; create flawless surface finishes by removing scratches, burrs, and imperfections while maintaining dimensional integrity; use hand and power tools (hand grinders) and inspect finishes with micrometers, calipers, and visual inspection tools; follow work instructions and complete quality paperwork; keep the work area clean and safe; collaborate with a team to build quality products you’re proud to put your name on; on-the-job training provided and multiple shift options with a 10% shift premium.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in manufacturing environment is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided
- Strong attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and a safety-first mindset
