Job Summary
Polish, deburr, size and finish aerospace metals (e.g., aluminum, stainless steel, cobalt, nickel alloys) to exact specifications and maintain dimensional integrity. Create flawless surface finishes and remove scratches and burrs using hand and power tools, especially hand grinders. Inspect surface finishes and dimensions with micrometers, calipers, height stands, and visual inspection tools; follow work instructions and complete quality paperwork. Maintain a clean, safe work area and contribute to a collaborative team delivering quality products. Training provided; manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
