Job Summary
Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols, addressing hazards proactively, and achieving a clean safety record with no OSHA recordable incidents. Collaborate with Project Managers and Field Supervisors to meet customer expectations by ensuring high-quality work, responding promptly to needs, and resolving complaints professionally. Develop and manage production schedules, coordinating materials, labor, and equipment to meet project deadlines while maximizing efficiency and minimizing downtime. Ensure all products meet quality standards through regular inspections and promptly resolve quality issues. Manage inventory, procurement, and expenses to support efficient production while identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving processes without compromising safety, quality, or delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- High school diploma or GED
- OSHA safety certification
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- technical training or certifications
- willingness to obtain OSHA safety certification within 90 days
- Strong scheduling, planning, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of CAD software, Air Table, and fabrication systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to train and develop others
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
