Job Summary
Install flashings following SMACNA standards and meet project specifications while working hands-on with commercial roofing systems like single ply, modified bitumen, and metal. Read site plans, use hand and power tools, remove old roofing, and install insulation, vapor barriers, coatings, and finishes for watertight roofs. Stage materials, maintain a safe and clean job site, and finish jobs right the first time. Prioritize safety with 100% tie-off unless using an approved OSHA protection method.
