Job Summary
Lead field crews on residential and commercial roofing projects, overseeing installation of roofing systems, flashing, and sheet metal components. Read and interpret drawings/plans, coordinate daily job-site operations, manage workforce and materials, ensure quality and OSHA/safety compliance, mentor crew members, and travel to project sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Foreman or crew leadership experience in roofing or construction
- Experience with metal roofing, tile roofing, single-ply roofing, composition shingle roofing, roof coating systems (two to three required)
- Strong sheet metal fabrication, installation, and finishing skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
