Job Summary
Lead light commercial HVAC ductwork installation projects by planning, organizing, and coordinating field crews; read blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate installation; oversee workmanship, productivity, and schedules; coordinate material orders and inventory; track project progress with project managers and other trades; ensure compliance with quality standards and safety policies; maintain communication with general contractors, owners, and other trades; monitor labor hours and stay within budget while promoting CKP’s safety program.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Foreman, preferably in light commercial HVAC work.
- Strong knowledge of ductwork systems, fabrication, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and team collaboration.
