Job Summary
Fabricate ductwork, plenums, and transitions by layout, cutting, bending, and assembling while operating shop equipment such as brakes, shears, and Pittsburgh machines. Load, stage, and organize materials for field crews, then make local jobsite deliveries without overnight travel. Maintain a clean, efficient, and professional shop environment. This steady, year-round position offers a mix of fabrication, warehouse support, and driving, with no layoffs or local work only. We pay $18–25/hour with overtime available, health insurance, paid time off, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of HVAC sheet metal fabrication experience
- Comfortable reading basic shop drawings/layouts
- Valid driver's license
- Able to lift 50lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Team player with strong work ethic and reliability
Desired Qualifications
- Chauffeur's license
- Experience driving a box truck or pulling a trailer
