Job Summary
Install commercial sheet goods flooring, vinyl, LVT/LVP, and rubber flooring in hospitals, gyms, schools, and specialty facilities throughout Indiana. Perform flooring removal, preparation, layout, cutting, fitting, and finishing using adhesives and installation systems, including heat welding and commercial seams. Work within a 3-person team alongside an expert installer on challenging projects, prioritizing quality, detail, and workmanship. Valid driver's license, background check, and willingness to travel are required. This role offers growth for experienced craftsmen seeking to master specialized commercial installation techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Previous flooring or related skilled-trades experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to travel throughout Indiana
