Sheboygan - Lawn Care Technician / Specialist

Manage a route and transform landscapes across the service area by completing precision lawn care, aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care, pruning, and mosquito control at residential and commercial properties. Assess lawn health and landscape needs to provide clear, kind communication that builds rapport with clients, acting as a consultant and problem-solver while maintaining the company's face in the field. Adapt to seasonal demands by pivoting to snow removal during winter and utilizing state pesticide certifications for high-impact beautification work. Full-time, part-time, and seasonal roles with flexible schedules, 10-hour days, and 4 days per week. Paid training provided with no prior experience required.
