Job Summary
Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Make recommendations for additional work based on mileage and manufacturer guidelines. Greet vehicle owners on the drive line and explain the oil change process while managing the first point of contact for all service needs. This role welcomes individuals with backgrounds in customer service, retail sales, or hospitality to own the customer experience in the service lane.
