Job Summary
Operate the shear machine and related equipment to produce copper tubing according to customer specifications, setting up the machine and adjusting as needed, threading copper tubing into the shear, ensuring finished products meet quality standards, recording measurements in the MES system, maintaining a clean work area, and performing other duties as directed by supervision. The role is a 3rd shift position (8pm-6am) in Shelbina, MO, and involves safety, quality, and process-improvement activities, with escalation through lead personnel, shift supervisor, and production manager as required.
