Job Summary
Operate manufacturing equipment, especially shears to cut materials, and organize materials using a forklift to transport them. Perform material preparation and support product creation and order fulfillment for MIRATECH customers. Complete other duties as assigned while maintaining high-quality work standards. This 1st shift role runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs individually and heavier items with a team lift, standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to use welding equipment and related tools effectively and safely
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and heavier items with a team lift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and heavier items with team lift
- Standing, bending, and walking for extended periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Fabrication
- Prior experience operating forklifts
- Prior experience operating manufacturing equipment, especially shears
