SHE Manager - Facilities Management

Job Summary
Conduct site inspections, governance audits, and lead significant SHE investigations for Robertson's Facilities Management business. Provide advice and guidance to colleagues on SHE matters while undertaking corporate governance monitoring for projects. Attend mandatory pre-start meetings with new contractors and support SHE programme initiatives. Develop and deliver SHE training courses and produce written reports on inspections, audits, and incident investigations. Requires 5+ years in Facilities Management, NEBOSH Diploma, and CMIOSH, with willingness to travel including overnight stays. Reports to Head of SHE(FM) within a UK-based 3-month fixed term contract.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in Facilities Management Industry (5 yrs minimum) with some project work
- Working knowledge of ISO 45001, 14001, 9001 etc
- CMIOSH
- Willingness to travel with some overnight stays (essential)
- Previous experience of health and safety, environmental or quality system auditing
- NEBOSH Diploma, or equivalent, in occupational health and safety or environmental management
- IEMA or able to demonstrate working knowledge of environmental management systems
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Commitment to delivering a professional, quality service
- Focused approach to engagement with operational delivery
