Job Summary
Conduct meticulous inspections and lead incident investigations to uphold SHEQ compliance across all projects. Execute equipment checks, manage contractors, and ensure safe maintenance of plant and materials in line with industry standards. Deliver accredited training programs, produce educational materials, and deliver insightful toolbox talks while fostering a culture of safety through the LIFE behaviour program. Support operations planning and build strong relationships with the workforce. Requires a NEBOSH Construction Certificate and CSCS card; Monday to Friday hours with occasional extra work.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a NEBOSH Construction Certificate
- Valid CSCS card aligned to Job Role
- Experience and up-to-date knowledge of RC Frameworks and Ground Works
- Proficiency in Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis
- Outstanding IT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email
- Proven ability to foster robust, working relationships
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

- Work experience in Construction, Engineering
- TEEPs and TSTS
- IEMA Environmental Qualification
- Temporary Works Coordinator
- Fire Risk Assessor
- CoSHH Assessor
- Experience with lifting equipment i.e. Cranes
- Knowledge of Behavioural Safety
- Trainer / Teaching qualification
- Previously worked at HP
