Job Summary
SHE Advisor to support Liverpool operations by implementing company-wide SHE strategies and policies, maintaining operational compliance with the environmental permit, and ensuring the integrated management system is effective. Acts as the site expert on SHE topics, leads SHE-related audits and EA/HSE visits, identifies high-hazard activities and ensures controls are in place, manages SHE training priorities and implementation, and conducts incident investigations and root cause analysis. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills required; prior experience with safety culture enhancement and environmental health/occupational safety roles is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- degree level qualifications in Occupational Safety and Health and in Environmental Science/Management preferred but minimum certificate level acceptable
