Job Summary
Senior SHE Advisor to deploy SC Johnson’s Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) management practices at the Denby site in Derbyshire. Responsibilities include maintaining SHE compliance assurance processes, supporting shop-floor implementation of safety, health, and environmental standards, facilitating employee-led SHE initiatives, analyzing audit data (including GEMBA and behavioural observations) to identify risks, closing corrective/preventive actions, providing risk assessments and industrial hygiene support to maintain compliance, leading incident investigations with root-cause determination, and supporting SHE training to ensure defined training is delivered and tracked to completion.
Required Qualifications
- NEBOSH Certificate Level 3 (minimum)
- Thorough knowledge of the UK HSE regulations and other relevant safety and environmental standards (including COSHH, Machinery, Fire, Work at Height)
