Job Summary
Review and verify incidents, refreshing SHE policies, procedural guidelines, and standard documentation. Design instructional content for SHE training programs and collaborate with stakeholders to draft and update Safe Work Method Statements for legislative compliance. Manage incoming email correspondence, prepare data analysis and regular reporting on compliance documentation, and draft presentation slide decks for diverse stakeholder groups. Upload and organize official documentation on the corporate Intranet while providing ad hoc assistance with general administrative duties. This entry-level position supports the SHE Manager in driving best practice within Rentokil Initial's Pest Control, Hygiene, and Indoor Plants businesses.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years' experience within a similar role
- A certificate / qualification in SHE
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft office systems, excel, google mail, slides and google drive
- The successful candidate must be able to pass a Pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen as well as background checks

- Uploading and organising official documentation and updates on the corporate Intranet
- Providing ad hoc assistance with general administrative duties
- Contributing to special projects and initiatives on an as-needed basis
- Supporting the SHE Manager in driving best practice in line with the regional SHE strategic plan
- Working alongside SHE Business Partners
- Play a critical role by supporting the business locations with Health, Safety, Environment and Workers Compensation administration
- Integral in achieving a continuous improvement culture throughout our Rentokil Pest Control, Initial Hygiene and Ambius Indoor Plants businesses
- Support our SHE Manager in driving best practice in line with the regional SHE strategic plan
