Sharp Middle School Cross Country Head Coach

Conduct daily practices and organize school interscholastic athletic programs, teaching individual skills, team strategy, and rules while promoting sports in the community. Supervise student athletes with a focus on sportsmanship, self-control, and emotional support, maintaining eligibility records and insurance coverage. Plan in-season and out-of-season conditioning programs, compile team statistics, and manage equipment and locker room safety. Make press releases, coordinate with the District Athletic Director, and administer first aid according to established procedures. Maintain current knowledge of sport fundamentals and district policies while working independently to increase morale and cooperation within the program.
