Job Summary
Part-time Front Desk Customer Service Specialist at a facility. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting members and guests, checking in patrons for open swim and activities, managing attendance and memberships, processing payments and registrations, handling inquiries via phone and email, providing program information, resolving concerns, supporting marketing and communications, maintaining records and coordinating scheduling, assisting with event check-ins and open swim management, and performing light administrative duties. Requires strong customer service and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. CPR/AED and First Aid certifications are preferred. Shifts primarily during open swim hours with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service or front desk experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment with professionalism and composure.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and scheduling software.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- CPR/AED and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
