Job Summary
Review and assess existing CyberSecurity SharePoint sites for structure, usability, and effectiveness. Redesign and standardize SharePoint sites and pages to deliver a consistent look and feel while validating content for accuracy, relevance, and timeliness. Remove outdated or redundant content to improve overall organization and partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather feedback and recommend improvements. Suggest new content and enhancements that improve usability and knowledge sharing, applying best practices for SharePoint design, content strategy, and user experience. Support ongoing updates and refinements throughout the engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience designing and maintaining SharePoint sites and pages
- Strong understanding of content organization and information architecture
- Ability to evaluate and improve user experience within SharePoint
- Experience working directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with CyberSecurity concepts, terminology, or environments
- Experience with enterprise SharePoint cleanup or modernization efforts
- Knowledge of governance and content lifecycle best practices
