Job Summary
ASRC Federal Technology Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform to support SharePoint development and enterprise business applications. Build and enhance applications using Power Apps and Power Automate, maintain SharePoint sites and related components, integrate Power Platform with SQL databases and external APIs, collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, ensure security and compliance, troubleshoot across development and production environments, and provide user training and guidance. A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and Active Secret clearance are required, and the role is on-site at the Washington, DC office. Responsibilities include planning, testing, and deploying enhancements; maintaining documentation; and supporting adoption of deployed solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Hands-on experience developing and customizing SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On-Premises environments
- Familiarity with C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC or Web API
- Experience building automated workflows using Power Automate
- Understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions, content types, and site administration
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services at a foundational level (equivalent to AWS Cloud Practitioner knowledge)
- Ability to troubleshoot application issues and provide clear, actionable resolutions
- Strong communication skills and experience working directly with business users and stakeholders
- Understanding secure application development practices and compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2–4 years of experience in software engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Active Secret clearance
